Designed and constructed using a Modular Construction system to provide a practical and efficient workspace for operational use. The project focuses on construction speed, structural durability, and rapid deployment, making it suitable for industrial office functions and operational support facilities. Located on Bangna-Trad Road, Samut Prakan, a key logistics and industrial corridor, the building was developed for efficient installation with minimal site disruption.
